Benjamin was born in 1710. He is the son of Benjamin Peck and Mary Sperry.[1]

He married Martha Carrier 3 Nov 1736.[2]

They had 4 children -

1. Reuben (1737-1811),
2. Benjamin (1738-1742, died young),
3. Susanna (b. 1741), and
4. Benjamin (1743-1757, also died young)

He passed away on 28 November 1781.[3]
