Upon His death, His second wife (Elizabeth - a Dressmaker), and Allen's sons, lived with her Brother-In-Law, Allen Louis Jameson, who was married to Allen's older sister, Margaret Anna (Rev. John H. Menges' oldest child). Their house was located at 5419 Westminster Avenue, Philadelphia, PA.
