Funeral services for Bertrand Reinecke, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. S. Reinecke, were held at 2:30 o'clock Tuesday afternoon from the home of the parents, 509 East Ninth street, with many friends and relatives of the family in attendance. Rev. Lee Fletcher, pastor of the Congregational church, officiated. Acting as pallbearers were: Edward Smith, Harold Smith, Fred Reinecke, John, Ted, and William Schroeder. Burial took place in the Grand Island cemetery.

Bertrand Reinecke, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. William S. Reinecke, residing at 509 East Ninth street, passed away at 6:30 p.m. Sunday at a Beatrice hospital. Death resulted from tuberculosis. The young man had been bedfast for two years. He was 21 years, 2 months and 10 days of age at the time of his death. He leaves to mourn his loss, his sorrowing parents, a brother and three sisters. The remains were brought to this city and funeral services were held from the home at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, the Rev. Lee Fletcher, of the First Congregational church conducting the services. . .
