About Bessie May Carter
Bessie May Carter was born July 4, 1917. Sadly, her mother died just 8 months later in March of 1918, and her father died just 8 years later in January of 1926 when Bessie was just 8 years old. In 1930 when Bessie was 13 years old she was living with her older, married sister, Erma Carter Moslander, 31, and her husband, Harold Moslander, 31, in Piedmont, Uinta, Wyoming. Harold was working as a farmer. It appears that Bessie never married, and she passed away at the age of just 52 years old in December of 1969 while living in Evanston, Uinta, Wyoming.
