Phelps, 86 Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Bessie L. Phelps, 86, who died yesterday in a nursing home, will be tomorrow at Forest Lawn. Mrs. Phelps, born in Anaheim, Calif, went to Kent from Canada in early 1889. She had made her home in Seattle since about the turn of the century. Mrs. Phelps, was a member of the University Presbyterian Church. Her husband, Fred E., an accountant, died in 1949. Survivors are three daughters, Mrs. john T. Glase, Seattle, Mrs. McLain Davis, Bainbridge Island and Mrs. William R. Eddleman, Mexico City; a sister Mrs. E.W. Sherman, Bothell, five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
