Margaret Thomson made her last will and testament at Glasgow on 9 December 1652. She nominated William, Daniell and Elizabeth Wallace, her youngest children, as her only executors and universal intromitters with her goods and gear. She also appointed John Wallace, her eldest son, James Pedie, Skinner, John Park, maltman, and James Thomson, Cordiner, to be overseers to her before mentioned three children, and further nominated James Pedie, John Park and James Thomson, to be tutors to her two youngest children, Daniell and Elizabeth Wallace, during their pupilarity. Bessie Wallace married John Ritchie of Craigton. The marriage was booked on 10 January 1661, at Inveraray and Glenaray in Argyllshire, Scotland.
