Billie Alene Herrington

SAN ANGELO - Billie Alene Lusk of San Angelo passed away Saturday, May 21, 2005. Private graveside service will be Tuesday, May 24, in Bluff Creek Cemetery near Winters.

Billie was born in Stanton to Albert Rufus and Gladys Herrington.

Billie is survived by three children, Carolyn Swearingen and husband Yancey of San Antonio, and Pam Shurley and Bob Neill, both of San Angelo; brother Willard Herrington and wife Wanda of Abilene; sisters Wilma Black of Abilene and Polly Williams of Fort Worth; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and many friends.

Born to Albert Rufus Herrington (1891-1946) & Gladys Dale Mclver Herrington (1892-1986).

Billie married 1) Alex Joe Neill (1912-1992); three children: Carolyn Jo Neill Swearingen, Pamela Rae Neill Shurley & Robert Wayne Neill. Billie and Alex later divorced.

Billie married 2) E.B. Lusk (1927-1990) in 1976; no children. They divorced in 1982.
