Billing was born in 1697, the daughter of Timothy Baldwin and Mary Beard. She married John Clark around 1725. She was his second wife. According to the book Deacon George Clark(e).... she was admitted to the First Church, Milford, on April 14, 1728.
The Clarks had the following children:
- Billing Clark, 1726-1789;
- John Clark, 1732-1816;
- Mary Clark, 1736-1789.
