Billy Wayne VEAZEY, 69, of Maplesville died Tuesday, May 13, 2008 at his residence.

He was born on Sunday, November 20, 1938 in Chilton Co., Alabama, Son of the late Grady Renfroe Veazey and Annie Lucille Gaydon Veazey.

He was an Engineer.

Surviving are his Wife, Mrs. Charlene A. Veazey of Maplesville, AL; 2 Sons, Mr. Ronald (Selena) Veazey of Zebulon, NC, Edward Hancuff of Montgomery, AL; 3 Daughters, Mrs. Sherry (Reid) Buckner of Maplesville, AL, Ms. Sherry Hancuff of Garner, NC, Ms. Wendy Hancuff of Fayetteville, NC; Mother, Mrs. Annie Lucile Veazey of Maplesville, AL; Sister, Mrs. Joyce (James) Minor of Warner Robins, GA; 6 Grandchildren.

Friends will be received from 5:30-7:30PM, Wednesday, May 14, 2008 @ Martin Funeral Home.

Services will be held Thursday, May 15, 2008, at 11:00AM. at Mulberry Baptist Church with Rev. Mitch Thrower and Rev. David Bishop officiating.

Interment will follow in Mulberry Baptist Cemetery, Maplesville, AL
