Van Lexmond, was the Governor of the Cape Colony, South Africa.

1. Henriette Catharine van Lexmond, who was born in Utrecht, Netherlands. She first married Wilhelm Schæffer, who was the Sheriff in Frederiksted and the owner of estate La Reine. He died in 1774. In 1775, she married Heinrich Ludvig Ernst von Schimmelmann, who was the Governor General and the owner of estate Constitution Hill. See her property in the Appendix.

2. Birgitte van Lexmond was married to Johan Friderich Heinrich, who was originally a Surgeon on St. Thomas.
