Brett Kavanaugh, Associate Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court

Brett Kavanaugh is a United States Circuit Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. He was Staff Secretary in the Executive Office of the President of the United States under President George W. Bush.

On 9 July 2018, President Donald Trump nominated him to fill Anthony Kennedy's vacating seat on the United States Supreme Court.
