About Caleb Ammidown
A Patriot of the American Revolution for MASSACHUSETTS with the rank of STAFF OFFICER. DAR Ancestor # 214497
Caleb Ammidown was a Revolutionary War Veteran, having marched on the April 19, 1775 alarm for Lexington and Concord. Caleb was a sergeant in Capt. Samuel Curtis' company. In Dec. 1776, Jan. 1777 & Jul.-Aug. 1780 he served in Capt. Abijah Lamb's company with the rank of Sergeant.
