Caleb then married Peggy Borring Aug 6 1788 in Washington County, NC. see marriage record attached.If Caleb dis not die in 1788 as he his wife moved to Washington county NC, unsure if his first wife made it to NC, but in 1788 he married Peggy. It would have been at a time when it was called the State of Franklin. Ancestry shows children born after 1788 to Caleb and Peggy and this would be impossible if they both died in 1788, I will check sources looking for Caleb Alive after 1788.
