He m.(2) St. Paul's Church, Narragansett, RI, 3 Sep 1740, ABIGAIL REMINGTON GARDINER, b. 1681; d. 6 Mar 1763; widow of William Gardiner, Jr., dau. of John and Abigail (Richmond) Remington.
