John Foote, of Branford, North-Branford Society, (Conn.,) was twice married.

• 1. To Elizabeth Frisbie, daughter of Jonathan Frisbie, of the same town, and of Thankful Frisbie, his wife, December 25, 1733. She died February 3, 1737, aged 22.
• 2. To Abigail Frisbie, of the same town, August 16, 1738.

Capt. John Foote died January 26, 1777, aged 77.

His widow, Mrs. Abigail Foote, died May, 1779, aged 67.

• Child,—by his first wife. 2058 Jonathan, born January 28, 1737.
• Child,—by his second wife. 2059 John, born April 2, 1742.
