Capt. John Maxson

He lived at the foot of Maxson Hill now called Diamond Hill in Hopkinton, R.I.

Capt. John married his first cousin Hannah, a daughter of Rev. John Maxson, Jr.

1669, May 18: Copying from the town records we find: "A List of the Free Inhabitants of the Towne of Westerle: . . . JOHN MAXSON . . . "
