Thomas Paulin was a Justice of King and Queen in 1699 In 1706 Samuel Mathews, who married Katherine Tunstall, made a bond to George Braxton, Sr., and Mrs. Elizabeth Paulin in behalf of Mary and Elizabeth Mathews (Essex County Records)."
