I have seen where someone gave Charles Higginbotham a middle name - I have not found in reference that he had a middle name [which would be very unusable given the time he was living in.

To my son Cleavor H. the reversion of the above.  To my graddaughter Ann Reddin a negro girl Sarah.  Mr granddaughters Hepsibah H. and Ann H. All residue to my son John H. My wife to be sole Ex'trix.  In the presence of Rd Sandford, Tho Heggenbotham.  By his Excellency Mr. Tho. H. app read and was sworn.  At Pilgrim 20 May 1734.  Signed "Howe"  Entered 28 May 1734.
