Daniel, son of Thomas Carter & Arabella Williamson. Married Elizabeth Pannill (daughter of Thomas & Sarah). 9 children.
Some sources state that Daniel left Virginia for Kentucky and that is where he died in 1759.

Daniel's estate was inventoried 16 November 1759. (LVA has Wills & Administrations for a Daniel Carter of Lancaster.
On 17 May 1725, Daniel served as an attorney for Robert Biscoe.
