Captain Isaac Churchill

Descendant of Mayflower passengers Isaac Allerton and Mary (Norris Allerton)

   Isaac Churchill, born at Plymouth, 31 May 1726; died 1761. He married at Plymouth, Massachusetts, 14 October 1756 (intention at Plymouth, 2 October 1756), Sarah Cobb, daughter of Seth and Sarah (Nelson) Cobb, born at Plymouth, 17 May 1739; died after 16 May 1782. Sarah married second, intention filed at Plymouth 12 October 1765, Charles Churchill, son of Ephraim and Priscilla (---) Churchill, born at Plymouth, 25 April 1733; died after September 1781. Charles and Sarah (Cobb) Churchill had seven children born at Plymouth between 1767 and 1782.

    Division of the estate of Barnabas Churchill of Plymouth made 29 April 1761 included the heirs of Isaac Churchill.

    Isaac "followed the sea and became captain of a vessel. He removed to Boston, Massachusetts, in 1757, and died in 1767."
