"In the Supreme Court. Mac Kenzie, Esq. v. Piper and Marsden, as Executors of the late Nicholas Bayly. Esq. PURSUANT to Levy in this Case, I will on Friday the 4th of June next, immediately after the Sale in the foregoing Case, Set up and Sell by Auction, All that beautiful Estate, called Bayly Park, late the Residence of Defendant, si- tuated on the South Creek, and containing 2420 Acres, more or less, unless this Execution be pre- viously satisfied. Further Particulars, and Des- cription of Bayly Park, will be given in next Week's Gazette. J. T. CAMPBELL, Provost Marshal."

Published in "The Sydney Gazette and New South Wales Advertiser of Saturday 13 January 1821:

"BANK BUILDINGS, 13th January 1821. THE PROPRIETORS of BANK STOCK are requested to meet at the Bank Buildings on Wednesday next, the 17th Instant, at the Hour of 12 at Noon, to receive the Report of the Board of Directors for the Half yearly Period, ending the 31st Ultimo; pursuant to the 26th Rule and Regulation, to declare a Dividend, &c. and also to select two Directors in the Room of those who go out by Rotation. (By Order of the Board of Directors), NICHOLAS BAYLY, Secretary to the Bank of New South Wales."
