Tadeusz Czarczyński was born on September 2, 1894. After the end of World War I and Poland regaining independence, he was accepted into the Polish Army. In the corps of administrative officers, the economic department was promoted to the rank of lieutenant with seniority on June 1, 1919, and then to the rank of captain with seniority on August 15, 1924 . As a staff officer of the District Economic Plant VII from Poznań in 1923, he was the manager of the District Economic Plant in Gniezno . At the end of the 1920s, he was the manager of the District Food Plant in Gniezno, operating at ul. Wrzesińskiego 28. In 1932, he was the manager of the Intendant's Material Depository in Gniezno .
