Land records, Liber 1, folio 123); Indenture, 19 Aug 1721: William Chapklin, ship carpenter of Prince George's Co., sold Dr. Richard Pile 100 acres of "Expedition" on Piney Hedge Branch; acknowledged by his wife Elizabeth. ; (Prince George's Co., Land Records, Liber 1, folio 215); Deed of gift, Dec 1722, 24 May 1723; from Hugh Ryley to William Chapline, son-in-law, planter of Prince George's Co., 135 acre portion of "The Forrest" of 259 acres; acknowledged by wife Rachel; (Prince George's Co., Land Records, Liber 1, folio 438)."
