About Carl Sealey

He was wounded in action in WWII in the South Pacific on the assault of the Island of Iwo Jima or Okinawa, as he was being carried off of the Island wounded he met his brother F. E. "Frank" Sealey, Marine, landing and they actually talked a few seconds while under fire on the landing beach. He earned a purple heart as SGT in the US MARINE CORPS in KOREA.
