She was born March 3, 1920, in Rexburg, Idaho; daughter of Leslie Vinton and Marie Rebecca Miller Merrill. A sweet, humble, obedient daughter of God; she was reared in Idaho by wonderful, loving parents.

While attending the Utah State Agricultural College, she met and married George Ralph Dibble. They were married in the Logan Temple June 26, 1940. She taught her children to pray, to sing, to work, and to love the Lord. She played the violin in a most beautiful, warm, melodic, expressive way, and served many friends by playing the violin at their funerals.

She served in many capacities in church and community, including serving on the LDS Primary General Board from 1970-75. She also served with her husband in the Ogden LDS temple, and then together with him on a mission in the London LDS Temple, from 1983-85.
