She and her husband Joe married June 30, 1966 and had three daughters from 1968-1970. The family then relocated from New Jersey to Maine in 1973. Carolyn went on to earn her LPN from EMCC in 1979. Carolyn had a talent of oil painting and a love for nature and music. She enjoyed time spent with her husband hunting, fishing, Nascar races and many other outdoor activities, including planting flowers and gardening. Some fondest memories are of listening to music and sitting by campfire on Cold Stream Pond with family. Carolyn lived the past two years of life in Puerto Rico and enjoyed time spent at the beach, her "happy place".
