I am listing her a BOUSQUET, instead of Martin as of her 3rd marriage as, at the time of her funeral it was her Bousquet family who cared for and buried her and they chose (with reasons??) not to list her other 2 marriages. Who am I to argue? Charles

Her date of birth is postulated rom the census cited on the wikiTree page, though another entry here on Geni lists her birth year as 1648.

TAKEN FROM THE AMERICAN-CANADIAN GENEALOGICAL SOCIETY: (Edith Mayhood) Jean Bousquet married Catherine Fournier 05/11/1672 at Montreal.

A FIlle du Roi. When Catherine Fourrier remarried with Jean Bousquet on 11 May 1672, she was pregnant by her first husband Mathurin MERCADIER; the child Geneviève was baptized 9 Dec.1672 under the name Geneviève Bousquet, but at her marriage and her funeral, she is correctly named Geneviève Marcadier. (See Below)

Marriage Catherine entered into a marriage contract on 11 October 1670 with Mathurin Mercadier, under private seal.[1].

On 14 October 1670 in Notre-Dame de Montréal, Mathurin Mercadier dit Lahaye, son of Georges Mercadier and of the late Charlotte Maurier, of the parish of St-Rémi de Buxeuil, Poitiers diocese, married Catherine Fourier, daughter of the late Claude Fourier and of Marie Pennetier, of the parish of St-Sulpice, faubourg St-Germain in Paris, in the presence of Pierre Cabazier, Vincent Chamaillard, Bernard Mercier, Françoise Gaubilleau, Pierre Caillé, dame Élisabeth Moyen widow of Lambert Closse, and several others, Gilles Perot curé celebrating. One bann had been published without opposition and dispensation had been received for the other 2. Neither spouse could sign, nor Chamaillard, Mercier and Gaubilleau, some others signed who are not named in the witness list.[3]

Joseph Cusson was the husband of her daughter Françoise Bousquet, established in St-Sulpice. It is probable that Catherine lived with them during the end of her life.
