Date William Eastham and wife Catherine deeded 150 acres to son-in-law George Wilhoit. [The more I look into this, the more convinced I am that William Eastham was in fact the step-father of George Wilhoit rather than the father of his unknown first wife.]

Cathi Clore Frost, Germanna Record No. 22: The Broyles Family, the First Four Generations, (Locust Grove, VA: The Memorial Foundation of the Germanna Colonies in Virginia, Inc., 2022), 10-11.
This source includes land records and also records from the Hebron Lutheran Church in Madison, Virginia showing that Catherine Eastham received Communion there on 27 Mar 1796.

This is Catherine Broyles who married first Adam Wilhoit and second William Eastham.

"Notes
12 August 1769 George Wilhoite received 150 acres from William Eastham "for divers Good Causes and Considerations himself there unto moving and also for the Natural Love and Fatherly Affection which he hath for his said Son in Law George Wilhoite" and 5 shillings. Witnesses Richd Vawter, Michael Gaar, John Finks. (Culpeper County, Virginia Deed Book E: 714-715; County Clerk's Office, Culpeper, VA.). [Note from Cathi: Based on this land transaction, others have concluded that George Wilhoit was married first to ___ Eastham. At the time of the deed, the term "son-in-law" was also used to denote the relationship we would now term "stepson." William Eastham witnessed Adam (George’s father) Wilhoit’s will. It is entirely possible that William Eastham married George’s mother and was in fact the step-father of George Wilhoit rather than the father of his wife. The more I look into this, the more convinced I am that William Eastham was in fact the step-father of George Wilhoit rather than the father of his wife.]"
