About Catherine Lawson

Catherine Howard was the daughter of Sir William Howard and Mary Eure. She married Sir John Lawson, 1st Bt., son of Henry Lawson and Anne Hodgson, in 1660. She died on 4 July 1668.
Burke's Peerage and Burke's Extinct Baronetage give Sir Henry Lawson, 2nd Baronet, as 2nd son of John, and note that John had a son Roger ("died young") and "other issue".
Third daughter of Sir William Howard, Hawthorn Castle County, Cumberland. Her brother Charles Howard was first Earle of Carlisle.
