About Cathrine Dorothea Andersen
Catrine Woldemar (Adolphine's mother) married a widower (Peter Woldemor -- this may also be spelled with an "a" Woldemar") who already had 4 children (Adolphine's two half brothers and two younger half sisters) by his first marriage prior to Catrine and Peter's marriage. Their names were all Woldemor but their first names are unknown. Peter and Catrine had only ONE child - our Bestamor Adolphine. After Peter's death, Catrine was married again to a man named Friis (we don't know the first name). By their marriage Catrine had 4 more children -Sophia, Christopher, Albert, and Maria - all with the last name of Friis.
