Cecil McKee an eleven-year=old-boy livinf at 101 Bloomington street, while playing alpng West Washington street last night in the vicinity of bloomingto stree slipped on the icy sidewalk and fell, cutting his hand frightfully on a broken beer bottle. Allt the arteries in the palm of his hand wre severed. He was taken the the city Dispensary int he ambulance and his had was dressed by Drs. Seek, Jeffries and Mackey. The boy was given chloroform while the doctors sewed up the cut. The doctors said last nigt that it was likely that the boy would be made a crippe for life by his experience.
