He was born May 16.1917. in Evans Cily, a son of Stephen I. and Lenh Drebert Banyay Mr.Banyay attended Carnegie Institute of Technology A mechanical engineer, hc had been employed by several Pittsburgh He retired ln March 1980 from Chemical Corp. On June 12.1944. hc married Betty White of Hickory, who survives along with three sons. Wendell S. Banyay of Norfolk, Va H. Daniel Banyay of Zelionople and H. Banyay of Springfield, Mass three daughters, Beverly Banyay, at home, Patty Hanf of Riverton. Wyo., and Nancy Stoehr of two brothers, three sisters; and five grandchildren.
