Captain Charlie Adrian Gough Becher,

Of Barghfields, Bourton-on-the-Water, who was instantaneously killed by being thrown from his horse while hunting with the Heythrop Hounds on Nov. 19, near Kingham. He was formerly in the 1st Dragoon Guards, and was 64 years of age. He was much respected and greatly liked in the Bourton district.
