Son William Fallin - a negro boy Jack, one feather bed and furniture which he now lies on and 10 head of sheep to him my said son and his heirs and assignes to be delivered to him at the discretion of his mother. Grandaughter Agatha Fallin, 10 pounds current money. To my son Charles Fallin III one negro boy named Isaac and one negro girl named Judy and all her future increase to him my said son and his heirs and assigns. To my grandson Charles Fallin IV , five silver spoons now in my house. To my daughter in law Sarah Fallin, 15 shilings to make her a ring. To my daughter Hannah Downing one negro winch named Rose but in case she should have any children while in the possession of my said wife I give the one half of said children on increase to my son Charles III. Grandson Charles Downing one negro boy named James. The rest of the estate divided by his children after his wife dies."
