Oct. 5, 1830; Charles Webster b. Mar. 4, 1833 & d. Aug. 17, 1834; Mary Augusta b. Nov. 2, 1834 & d. Oct. 16, 1867; Helen Frances b. Mar. 5, 1837 & d. July 9, 1838; Ellen Marion b. Jan. 11, 1839; Louisa Harriet b. Mar. 13, 1841 & d. Sept. 1, 1851; and Elisha b. & d. Aug. 26, 1844.

Charles married 3rd to Alpha ?? Seldon Backus. There were no children of this union.

Charles Rufus Harvey died at age 79.
