Obituary for Frances Mae Warner:
"Frances Mae Warner, 82, of Homer, died Tuesday, June 7, 2005, at Tendercare in Albion.
"She was horn April 6, 1923, in Homer, to Harry and Irene (Spencer) Bronson.
"She married Charles G. Warner December 21, 1939, and he preceded her in death in 1975.
"Mrs. Warner owned and operated the Green Room Restaurant in Homer for more than 30 years. She also was a volunteer at the Homer Senior Center for several years and enjoyed bingo, euchre, walking, camping, ball games, her grandchildren and helping the Homer youth.
"Survivors include a daughter, Sue (Jim) Boughner of Florida; four sons, Charles "Jeep" (Sharon) Warner, Robert (Donna) Warner, Keith "Skeeter" (Karen) Warner, and Doug (Ruth) Warner, all of Homer; a sister, Evelyn Hayner of Hanover; two brothers, Richard (Henrietta) Bronson of Kalamazoo, and Gordon (Darleen) Bronson of Homer;15 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and a great great-grandchild.
"In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Viola Lons, Marjorie Warner and Mary Lou Tasker; and two brothers, Bill and Bob Bronson.
A graveside service was held Saturday, June 11, 2005, at Fairview Cemetery in Homer, with the Rev. Steve Shafe officiating."
