AN AFFLICTED FAMILY

Death of Miss Charlotte L McCloud
Near Esparto

On Thursday, March 14th, Charlotte L. McCloud passed away after an illness extending over a period of six months. The McCloud family seems to be sadly afflicted. The latest death makes three that have occurred in less than a year, two daughters and one son. The survivors of the family are the parents Mr and Mrs A L, six sons and three daughters. The family has resided near Esparto for twenty seven years and is held in high regard in the community.

The deceased was born where the family now resides 21 years, 5 months and 28 days ago. She was an estimable young lady and her premature death is profoundly regretted by all who knew her, and has cast a gloom over the entire community.

Funeral services will be held in be in the church at Esparto 2 p. m. Saturday March 16th, and interment will be in the cemetery at Capay. Friends and acquaintances are respectfully Invited to attend.
