Conseiller d'Honneur in the Parliament of Paris. Michel, (son of Rene VII-2) Lord of Ollainville, Conseiller au Parlement in 1637. Became Maitre des Requete on 16 April 1643, Councillor of State in 1660, then Councillor of Honor of the Parliament of Paris. He resigned from the office of State Counselor in 1682. Died on 29 November 1684 and was buried at the Convent of the Carmelites at fauxbourg St. Jacques in Paris.

His wife was Jeanne Potier, daughter of Nicolas Potier, Lord of Ocquerre, Councillor of State, and of Marie Barre.

Jean died on 1 July, 1681.
