"Christian Bliehm was born September 20th, 1806. He was married to Mary Campbell. They resided for many years on the farm now occupied by John B. Schneider, German Mills, Ontario. In September, 1877, he died, age 71 years and a few days. Had a family of nine children."
The above is his entry in the Biographical History of Waterloo, by Ezra Eby. Christian was the son of Philip Bliehm (whose name was often spelled "Bleam") and Esther Bechtel Cressman.
