HERSHBERGER.- July 17th, near Middlebury, Ind., of consumption, Christian Hershberger, aged 67 years and 11 months. Buried at Forest Grove. Many friends and relatives followed the remains to the grave. He leaves a bereaved widow and five children. The funeral services were conducted by J. E. Bontreger and J. L. Miller. Bro. Hershberger was a faithful member of the Amish Mennonite church. He had a strong faith in God, a good hope of heaven, and said he was ready to die. He said the blood of the Lamb would cleanse him from all imperfection. Peace be to his ashes.
