Port Colborne, Ontario, CANADA L3K 3G4 Obituary: LOBBEZOO – Christina formerly of Wainfleet and St. Catharines passed away on Friday May 19, 2006 at the West Lincoln Memorial Hospital, Grimsby at the age of 99 years. She was born in the Netherlands and came to Canada in 1951. She is survived by her loving children Marie Van Damme of St. Catharines, Anna Looy of Holland, Brenda Sinke and her husband Jim of Jordan, Betty Vankerkhoven of Florida, Nick Lobbezoo and his wife Margaret of Lynden, Herbert Lobbezoo and his wife Jean of Owen Sound, Jake Lobbezoo and his wife Joan of Wainfleet and John Lobbezoo and his wife Penny of Sherkston. She is also survived by 32 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband William Lobbezoo. The Lobbezoo family will receive friends at the PORT COLBORNE CHAPEL of the DAVIDSON FUNERAL HOMES 135 Clarence St. on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the Maranatha Reformed Church (Highway #3 & Gilmore Road, Wainfleet) on Tuesday May 23, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. with visiting at the church from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. Interment to follow in Zion Cemetery. Donations in memory of Mrs. Lobbezoo may be made to the Albright Foundation or a charity of one’s choice.
