Christine Elizabeth Lareau

Christine worked as an editor at Standard Publishing for the young Christians' weekly magazine STRAIGHT for several years in Cincinnati before moving to Flora in the mid-1970s. She also worked as a grammar/style instructor for the Writers' Digest correspondence course for more than a decade, starting in the late 1980s. Christine was a homemaker and also home-schooled their three children at various grade levels during the 1980s and 1990s. She also worked as a freelance editor and writer, starting with her time at Standard Publishing and continuing until the last few years of her life.
