- I give and bequeath to my wife Rebecca Jackson one third part of all my houshold pro- perty and stock of every kind, one third part of the cash & cash notes which I have.
- I give and bequeath to my Daughter Scintha Jackson one third part of all my household furniture, one third part of all my stock and one third part of cash and cash notes on hand.
