Christopher Webb, the son of Christopher Webb and Humility (Wheaton) Webb, was baptized in Crediton, Devon, England on March 28, 1630.[1]

Christopher married Hanna Scott on January 18, 1654/5. The entry for their marriage in the Braintree town records reads:

Christopher Webb and Hanna Scott were married the (18) (11) 1654, by Capt. Tory of Waymoth[2]

Christopher and Hanna had the following children, all born in Braintree:

Will; Death

Christopher made his will on April 14, 1694. In his will, he named his wife Hannah, sons John, Peter, Samuel, Benjamin and Joseph, and daughters Hannah Adams, Mary Webb and Abigail Webb. He named his eldest sons John, Peter and Samuel to be his executors. The will was witnessed by Hannah Savell Sr, Hannah Savell Jr, and Samuel Tompson Sr.[11]

Christopher died on May 30, 1694. The entry for his death in the Braintree town records reads:

Ensign Christopher Webb, sometimes the keeper of this book died upon the 30th. day of May 1694 aged 64.[12]

1654 18 Jan Christopher Webb II & Hannah Scott were married at Braintree by Capt. Torrey of Weymouth.

1678 18 May Christopher was chosen town clerk of Braintree.

1683 Christopher was a commissioner of Braintree.
