Clara Sofia Andersson

This is information about Clara, the mother of Hildur Paulina Lundeen . Hildur and Axel lived on 218 Place in Queens Village NY when their sons were about 14 and 16 years old. Next door to them lived the Weiss family. Christian and Augusta Weiss had 4 children. One of the children was Catherine Anna Weiss. Catherine was friendly with one of the sons. His name was Lannart. Catherine remembers that an old lady would walk from the bus stop - all the way to the Lundeens house - once each week. She took the bus from Bay Ridge NY. It was Hildur's mother Clara. She would spend the day there, talking , mending socks or any other little chore to help out. In the evening ,she would walk to the bus and go home. This was usually a weekday. On the weekend she would bring her husband with her. This story was told to me 12 05 2013 by Catherine Anna Lundeen

Catherine said that Hildur only had 2 brothers . Folke and Carl ( Curly). Hildur brought her family to the USA. Catherine says the additional siblings listed here are incorrect. Catherine said thats a mix up . Marie was Hildurs AUNT.
