Clara C. Hershberger

Clara C. Miller 85, of 4130 T.R. 158 Millersburg, died Tuesday February 26, 2008 after an extended illness. Born March 21, 1922 in Holmes County she was a daughter of the late Dan S. and Susie (Hershberger) Hershberger. She was a member of the Old Order Amish Church. Her husband Christ C. Miller, whom she married December 12, 1944, preceded her in death on October 21, 1979. Surviving are eight children Susie (John) Burkholder of Baltic, Lizzie (Jonas) Yoder of Holmesville, Effie (Andy) Miller of the home, Ida (Roy) Miller of Charm, Amanda (Robert) Weaver of Wilmot, Andy (Sarah) Miller of Millersburg, Mary Miller and Atlee Miller of the home; a brother Dan Hershberger of Millersburg; 28 grandchildren and 99 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by a daughter Mattie, a granddaughter, 3 brothers and 2 sisters. Funeral services will be held Friday February 29, 2008 at 9:00 am in the Andy Y. Miller residence at 4130 T.R. 371 Millersburg. Bishop Leroy A. Yoder will officiate and burial will follow in Yoder Cemetery in Berlin Township, Holmes County. Friends may call anytime at the Andy Y. Miller residence.
