OBIT: Mrs. Charles C. Beckett, 68, of Milton, died yesterday in a Huntington hospital. Mrs. Beckett's husband is a carpenter and real estate agent in Milton. Her sister, Miss Lora Danford, is an embalmer on the staff of the Heck
Funeral Home at Milton. She was the mother of two daugthers - Mrs. Ruth Mitchell, nurse in the office of Dr. R.H. Curry of Barboursville and Miss Orpha Beckett, at home, a laboratory technician in the Wilkinson surgical clinic
here. Funeral rites will be conducted at 2:30pm tomorrow at the Milton Methodist Church by the Rev. A. E. Tulloh. Burial will follow in Milton Cem.
The body will be taken to the church at 1:30pm tomorrow from the Heck Funeral Home. Mrs. Beckett, the former Miss Ethel Danford, was born at Spearsville, INd. March 15, 1887, a daughter of the late John Danford and of Mrs. Nellie Thompson Danford, who survives and lives at Milton. The family moved to Milton when the children were small. Surviving in addition is a second sister, Mrs. C.C. Harbour of Shamrock, Tex. 8-26-55
