John Gordon and Mary his wife of the County of Gloucester in Virginia to Claud Vollot of the County of Middlesex for 2000 lbs. of Sweet scented Tobacco and Caske sold 145 Acres of Land part of a tract belonging to Mr. William Gordon Late of Middlesex County deceased Conveyancing 245 Acres And by the said William Gordon assigned unto Mary Gordon the remainder [100 Acres] being given by the last will of the said William Gordon for a Free Schoole to be Erected thereon. 11th December 1690.
