Our loving Mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother Clea May Windley Gibson, passed away on February 13, 2012. Born April 5, 1919 to Raymond Wesley Windley and Thelma May Arnell in St. Charles Idaho. She married Lynn Gibson on Oct. 14, 1940 in Ely, Nevada. An active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, she served for many years in her favorite calling as Blazer leader in the Primary and also in Relief Society in various callings. She was an active member of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers. Survived by: children, Steve (Jennie), Jeff, Jill, Chris (Eileen); Brother, Merrill (Mid); six grandchildren; six great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her Husband; Brothers, Armond, Sheldon, Douglas, Lavere; and two grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2012 at 11:00 at the Douglas Ward, 741 South 1200 East, Salt Lake City. Friends may call Friday, February 17 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple, Salt Lake City and from 10:00 to 10:45 at the Douglas Ward prior to the funeral. Interment at the Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 East 10600 South, Sandy.
