"Clifford Ray Melton, 53, a truck driver for Gerald White Trucking Co of Savannah, TN died at the home of his daughter in Chester County.

Survivors: Three daughters, Debbie Isbell (Brayan) of Henderson; Cindy Tuberville (Joey) of Milledgeville and Belinda Melton of Pickwick; two sons Clint Melton of Saltillo and Logan Ray Melton of Henderson; a step-son Caine Stricklyn of Savannah and five grandchildren.

Other survivors include: His mother, Geneva Naylor Melton and his grandmother Ruby Pearl Melton Weaver, both of Henderson; four sisters, Bonnie Perkins of Henderson, Ann Johnson of Adamsville, Betty Faye Rodgers of Henderson; and Gail Lewis of Adamsville and a brother Bill Bishop of Sulfork, VA.

He was preceded in death by his father, Max Ray Melton in 1971 and a brother John Hughie Melton in 1958.

Funeral arrangements by Casey Funeral Home with Rev Jimmy Dyer officiating. Burial will follow in the Henderson City Cemetery".
